How a commission moves
Four stages, each with a decision point.
Every commission is originated by the retailer. We do not accept briefs from end clients, and no stage advances without your written approval of the one before it.
Feasibility Review by CARSUL
The manufacturer assesses the brief against available materials, technical constraints and production capacity, and returns what is possible, including where it is not.
Quotation & Approval
You receive a written quotation with specification, lead time and commercial terms. Nothing enters production until you approve it in writing.
Manufacturing & Delivery Coordination
CARSUL manufactures the piece. CENDROVA coordinates the schedule, documentation and delivery arrangements with your team in the United States.
What stores ask for
Most commissions start from a piece the client almost bought.
- A different stone in a setting from the existing collection.
- A size or proportion change, such as a larger centre, a narrower shank or a shorter drop.
- A matched suite built around a piece already sold.
- A metal or finish change, including blackened and rhodium finishes.
- A composition assembled to a specific retail price band.
Feasibility, material availability, budget and lead time are assessed case by case. We will tell you early when a request cannot be met as described.
